Carnegie Mellon Racing is definitely back and running after a relaxing and productive winter break. Shipments of materials have been pouring in the garage for the last two weeks and are quickly turning into race car components.
Check out these beautiful featherweight bellcranks that have recently be CNCed. Massive weight savings in suspension continue to develop with optimized a-arms and downsized ARB mounts shown. The chassis has now been nearly finish welded in near record time too thanks to our pre-cut tubes and new welder-training program.
Also of note is our incredibly organized lathing area, the team’s diff tensioning project, and the awesome custom radiator that will be cooling our car this year.
